22nd  Annual Chili Cook-Off was a festive, convivial celebration! Douglasville, Georgia –  The Cultural Arts Council Douglasville/Douglas County hosted its 22nd Annual Chili Cook Off on Saturday, October 20th  at O’Neal Plaza in Downtown Douglasville.
