A Master’s Winter Exhibit Reception
Nov 29 @ 6:00 pm – 8:00 pm
A Master's Winter Exhibit Reception @ Cultural Arts Council of Douglasville/ Douglas County

From November 29 through December 18 the CAC will be awash with the creativity of DC school students as they interpret the work of master artists (ie., Matisse, Van Gogh, Rembrandt, etc) giving them a winter or holiday spin. This exhibit allows the teachers to incorporate their curricula about master painters into the exhibit project and provides the students a fun challenge to see winter and holiday scenes in a new light.

The opening reception will be held Thursday, November 29 from 6—8 pm and hosted by the Gallery Committee. Each student selected as the best entry in their age category will win a Gift Certificate for classes, art supplies, or framing, generously sponsored by The Red Cockerill Gallery.
