Hours for Set Up/Events
Friday Evening 5 - 10 p.m.
Saturday 9 a.m.- midnight
Sunday 9 a.m.- 8 p.m.
Rates
Note: all CAC members receive a 10% discount on all special event facility rentals.
Weekend Rental $1,000.00 (Friday 5 p.m. until 10 p.m; Saturday 9 a.m. until midnight.)
Friday (only) $ 300.00
Saturday (only) $ 800.00
Sunday $ 500.00
Fees for any four-hour period are $300.00; the half day rate does not apply to weddings and/or receptions
Additional Charges for all rentals:
$ 250.00 Security/Damage Deposit is required when the Rental Agreement is signed. This is fully refunded two weeks after the event if the house is left in the condition found.
$ 85.00 Cleaning Fee
